Computer Based Quality of Life Study for Youth with Disabilities
What?
One time computer-based study on the impact of health on quality of life during childhood.
- Both parent and child will be asked to complete a computer administered survey,
- Survey should take around 20 minutes to complete,
- Both parent and child will received $10.
Where?
BOTH PARENT AND CHILD MUST BE IN PERSON AT THE SAME TIME. Survey can be completed at:
- UW campus,
- Children’s Hospital,
- Your home (if within 25mi. of UW).
Who?
To participate:
- Child must be between 8 and 17 years old,
- Parent and Child both must be able to read and understand English,
- Parent and Child both must be comfortable reading from a computer and using a keyboard and mouse,
- Child and parent must be able to answer questions about child’s health.
