Computer Based Quality of Life Study for Youth with Disabilities
What?
One time computer-based study on the impact of health on quality of life during childhood.
- Parent will be asked to complete a few demographic items and child will complete a short questionnaire about health,
- Survey should take around 20 minutes to complete,
- Each child will receive $10.
Where?
BOTH PARENT AND CHILD MUST BE PRESENT AT THE SAME TIME. Survey can be completed:
- Online from your home (if you have a computer and access to the internet),
- At the UW campus,
- At Children’s Hospital.
Who?
To participate:
- Child must be between 8 and 17 years old,
- Parent and Child both must be able to read and understand English,
- Parent and Child both must be comfortable reading from a computer and using a keyboard and mouse,
- Child and parent must be able to answer questions about child’s health.
